Lead the delivery of landmark tourism developments from master plan through to operational handover.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned destination projects.
- Coordinate master planners, architects, and contractors against programme and budget.
- Report progress, risk, and mitigation to sector leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years in large-scale real estate or hospitality development.
- Proven delivery of complex, multi-phase projects.
- Fluent English and Arabic.
