ICONI today unveiled the master plan for Levant Riviera, its flagship coastal destination on the Syrian Mediterranean. The plan sets out a series of connected districts spanning resorts, a marina, residences, and cultural venues along forty kilometres of shoreline.
“Levant Riviera is about proving what is possible on this coast,” said a spokesperson for the Tourism Sector. “We are building to an international standard while protecting the landscape that makes this place singular.”
Construction of the first district is expected to begin following the completion of enabling works, with a phased opening through the end of the decade.
