In the heart of the old city, ICONI is restoring a portfolio of historic courtyard houses and palaces into a collection of boutique heritage hotels — each a living piece of Damascene architecture, meticulously conserved and quietly brought up to the standards of contemporary luxury.

Conservation first
Every intervention is led by heritage specialists — original stonework, timber, and fountains are restored by hand, with new systems threaded invisibly through the fabric of each building.
