Designed to set a new benchmark for regional hospitality while protecting the natural landscape that makes it extraordinary.

The vision
A destination conceived as a series of connected districts — each with its own character, from a lively marina quarter to secluded wellness retreats — woven together by a continuous coastal promenade and protected green corridors.

Designed around the land
Development density steps down toward the water, preserving sightlines and public access to the beach. Native planting, passive cooling, and renewable energy are embedded from master plan to building detail.
